Today we have the honor of listening to Charlie Vinch, a man man who has appeared on other shows before and a life long practitioner of a multitude of styles. He talks about martial arts as a tool for confidence and mental toughness. Being a big believer of “no style” training and speaking about the separation between great fighters and great instructors, Charlie shows us his passion for martial arts and how to persevere in a martial style to get the most you can from your practice.
